Illinois biodiesel manufacturer BN National Trail revealed today that it has protected a purchase contract of all biodiesel process equipment from Kreido Biofuels. The delivery of the equipment is now underway from Houston, TX and is expected to get here in Newton, IL by October
According to the business, the job is a shovel-ready site. It lies in an enterprise zone in Newton, IL near the second largest transport passage in the U.S. It's created to take full advantage of using innovation in the biofuels industry as well as a much better understanding of how to successfully manage a biodiesel production center.
The scalable 30 MGPY center's key differentiator is the multi-feedstock ability of the innovation, proven in massive production in Europe today. This enables BN National Trail to establish purchasing agreements with local feedstock companies who will be able to provide crude soybean, corn oil, or other low-saturated oil at an opportunistically low cost throughout the lifecycle of the plant.
"Enhancements from the plant in Newton will come from the sophisticated feedstock innovation program in Budapest where a pilot plant is being broadened to include algae as a feedstock. QSB, a BNE accredited innovation will be incorporated with the new procedure equipment," verified CTO Robert Brooks. No timeframe has been attended to when the plant would start production.
"This purchase contract is a significant step forward for BN National Trail. Not only will it provide revenue, however it will also accelerate plans by approximately 2 years." stated CEO Tony Quinones.
Blue Northern Energy, LLC (BNE) and the LLC entity it produced, BN National Trail Holdings began looking for a website to commercialize a more energy efficient and low C02 processing innovation for the biodiesel industry. A national look for a shovel prepared project site to develop lead BNE Chicago's entrepreneurship center and to National Trail Biodiesel Group (NTBG).
The National Trail Biodiesel Group, a venture by local neighborhood members in Newton Illinois and Blue Northern Energy together to form BN National Trail. The five years of foundation project advancement by National Trail integrated with Blue Northern's experienced staff of biodiesel production, task management, and money management knowledge guarantees well-informed and part management that will allow BN National Trail to be an innovative and world class biodiesel facility.
BN National Trail will have direct access to the ABQ Innovation Center, the research and development center for Blue Northern Energy. The center's mission will be to fine-tune newest technology advances in biodiesel production and usages of sustainable energy. This will include examining several fuel sources, soy, corn, algae, white grease, biomass and jatropha curcas; knowledge that will make it possible for different regions to monetize their specific edible and non-edible crop sources.
